About journal

Arctoa is a bryological journal, publishing scientific papers on mosses (Musci, or Bryophyta), liverworts (Hepaticae, or Marchantiophyta) and hornworts (Anthocerotae, or Anthocerotophyta).

Arctoa is published since 1992 by KMK Scientific Press Ltd. The journal is issued once a year.

Arctoa accepts for publication original results that were never published earlier. Papers will be reviewed. For more information about paper submission see instruction for authors.

Papers may be written in English or Russian, in the latter case with translation of title, abstract, figure explanation and titles of tables.

Full contents of Arctoa is avaliable as pdf files since 9th volume; the contents and abstract are available now for vols. 1-8. All volumes are free except the three latest onces. The latter are fully available only for regular Arctoa subscribers. Subscribers will have also access to accepted articles of next volume prior the actual publication of paper copies.
